I'm describing it below. By providing me with your personal and business information, you agree that I use your data in accordance with the GDPR and this privacy statement.

Legislation on the recording and use of personal data

Hotel, campsite and bed & breakfast owners are legally required to keep a night register. Under the Penal Code, the owner must establish the identity of the guest and register his name, place of residence, type of ID, day of arrival and day of departure. In addition, the owner may record data necessary to carry out the agreement with the guest. For example, payment details or special wishes he has passed on for his stay. The owner may not register the Social Security number (bsn). The municipality can ask a hotel to provide the data from the night register. For example, when the tourist tax is taxed.

I only use data that you expressly and voluntarily provide and use this personal data only for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the above mentioned General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You provide personal data when you book a stay, request a service, gift card, information or provide information for an invoice or declaration. Tiny House Tholen records this information for the execution of your question or booking.

If you have contacted me by phone, email, contact form, WhatsApp or social media, I received (or part of) your information. I process this to respond to your post.

If you have booked an overnight stay, I will process the details necessary for the execution of the stay. These are in any case the name, address, telephone number, email address, appeal, copy of the id (with a deleted BSN number) of the main guest, arrival and departure date plus any other information necessary to confirm a booking correctly, to be able to respond and to ensure a good receipt of the payment. In addition, when payment, I will see which account this comes from and who the account holder is. I keep this data according to tax duty for a maximum of 7 years, but also to be able to see, for example, when we last had contact, what that was about and whether you were satisfied with my service. It is in my justified interest to know that, so that I can help you better and perhaps to set better priorities.

I collect data to understand the demographics of my guests plus the occasion or nature of their visit so that I get a good idea or continue to match their needs. For the website I therefore use cookies to analyze how, how, how, which pages and through what channels users approach and search the site and from which region these people come from. The information generated by the cookies may be transferred to a privately protected environment or that of a third party.

Secure connection

I take appropriate security measures to limit misuse and unauthorized access to your personal data. For example, I ensure that only the necessary persons have access to the data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are regularly monitored.

I do not keep the data for longer than is necessary. This means that I keep the data for as long as it is necessary to carry out the service requested by your requested service. Except for this, the data I have to keep for longer because the law obliges me to.

I do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy statement unless I have obtained your consent in advance.

Third parties

The information is not shared with third parties. In some cases, the information can be shared internally. My replacements are required to respect the confidentiality of your data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless required or permitted by law.
